We Begin with Divination
After we've gotten comfortable and entered into Sacred Space we'll have some time for you to share your reasons for coming. You can share your felt sense, dreams, inutition, and any synchronicity. And from here, we go a different road than in traditional counseling. Before I offer my own insight, I'll begin drumming and journeying briefly to my Spiritual Allies and Power Animals to divine what type of Shamanic Healing or Energy Medicine is needed. I'll then relay their feedback and suggested course of action. And it is here that we'll process and chat a bit more as we explore your understanding and agreements that I do this work with you.

Some are listed below and many others I can introduce to you as suggested healings from our compassionate Spiritual Allies. Spiritual Allies and Power Animal Retrieval
None of us walk alone through life. Even in our darkest moments and most desperate struggles, deep down we know that someone or something is looking out for us. There is that feeling of having a Guardian Angel, a loving guide, a wise teacher, and a fierce protector. And these compassionate helping beings are our Allies.
Very often they are called Power Animals, totems, medicine animals, spiritual guides, and much more. But in truth they are the deep archetypal powers behind the Earthly representations and lore of animals, fantastical creatures, and guides in human-like form. Some of these allies journey with us our whole life long while others may stay for only a season of life's lessons. They arrive in the forefront of your consciousness just when you decide you are open to fulfilling this amazing relationship and each Ally brings unique and potent medicine. But what is common among these types of Allies is that they are supremely benevolent and always loving. Therefore, developing a conscious working relationship with our spiritual allies can be a source of companionship, strength, empowerment, personal growth, increased well-being, and a deeper sense of Love.
What does a Ally/Power Animal Retrieval Session look like?
During our session we will create sacred space as I invite my allies to help facilitate our conscious search for your own compassionate helping spirit or power animal. You may lie down comfortably and I will place my forearm up against yours. I will go on a journey for you through the spirit realms to encounter the Ally that is called to the forefront of your path. And while I am linked with you both we can begin to weave this conscious relationship. Through the working of our session we can uncover the ways in which this Spiritual Ally would like to be integrated into your life . I will deliver this Ally/totem/medicine animal into your energy body. And you'll have the opportunity learn the tools to meet this Ally on your own as well as practices of taking in the much needed medicine this ally has to offer.

Illumination Healing
We all have a Luminous Body, an energy body of light that serves as an evolving blueprint of our physical health, emotional health, and behaviors. The Luminous Body also acts as a magnet to the type of life situations we attract. Our natural state is one of dynamic balance where we innately grow to fulfill our potential. But our potential can become impeded and our lives can become dissatisfying or even painful if certain imprints of injuries, addictions, or any type of traumatic event becomes logged in the luminous body. However, with the Illumination Process we can remove those imprints permanently and reintroduce Divine Light, Sami, to fill the space in the Luminious Body with an opporunity for radical change.

What does an Illumination Healing Session look like?

After a we check in about what is calling for transformation in your life we enter into sacred space. I call upon the archetypes of the four corners, heaven, and earth and we are through the portal. The compassionate helping spirits arrive and guide us in this work. You will choose a khuya, sacred stone ally, from my mesa to represent you issue and we set to the alchemy of the Illumination Process. As each different power animal and compassionate helping spirit I walk with carries a different type of medicine, each Illumination is unique to which ally is drawn to work with us in your healing. They will aid in the session to remove hucha, toxic energy imprints, and call in sami, divine light. Once finished with the Illumination and any time you might need to process we will close with a Reiki session. Sessions are 75 minutes. And while I honor everyone's individual rate of personal growth and healing, as a healer, I recommend a minimum of three weeks to a month in between illuminations to provide space for adjustments.

Soul Retrieval
There are times when we feel that a part of us is missing; it has left us or is lost, that is has been given away or stolen, or that we are unable to access that missing piece…and we are correct. Soul Fragmentation or Soul Loss occurs when a piece of our vital essence is missing. And it can result in physical, spiritual, emotional and mental ailments.
Most often, it occurs immediately following a traumatic event. In this way, the soul piece which has broken away and fled did so out of a need for survival. In order to survive whatever ordeal was happening at the time, the vulnerable piece of the soul utilized the only resource it had at the time; fleeing. And there is nothing shameful or blaming about that. At the time it may have been what saved one's sanity or even one's life. So we honor how much we loved ourselves as evident by our deep effort to simply survive.
Many of us have fragmented Soul pieces that are lost, preoccupied, or trapped. Trauma is relative and can range through car accidents, breakups, medical operations, combat, drug/alcohol abuse, humiliation, and much more. But now that you can develop other resources to nuture and support the fragmented Soul piece we can retrieve it. You can lovingly integrate this soul piece, it's gifts, and it's wisdom into your present-day life. And you can develop a greater wholeness.
What does a Soul Retrieval Session look like?
When we retrieve a Soul piece we are not calling back a wounded or unhealthy part of you. No. We are calling back your pure essence, for that is what was separated from you. We are retreiving a vibrant part of yourself that is ready and desiring to return. And this will inevitably bring about change towards a fuller wholeness that is unique to each individual.
I typically ask for minimal historical information from you. I know there can often be a deep desire to verbally process this experience and I ask that we hold space for that within our session but following the actual Soul Retrieval. We will have already discussed symptoms or concerns in the Divinatory Diagnostic. So, once you are lying comfortably I will journey for you and "track" for the soul piece(s) that wants to return as part of the session's healing. In non-ordinary consciousness I will travel to the place and/or time where it is residing and ethically retrieve it for you. I have the utmost repspect for this treasured part of you and will ethically negotiate reasonable requests of how you can honor and support it once it has returned to you.
Once I return with the soul piece I will blow it into your heart and crown. You can choose to agree with the Soul's requests as you explore how you can introduce and integrate this piece of you into your present-day life. And we can follow up on how this greater wholeness has affected your lifepath.
